Why do this?
- Because I love science and love helping others
- Because it will help me focus on my own ideas about what I’d like to do next, my future goals.
My posts may be short or long, but coming from my personal experience and full of my bloggy mission, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of my very self.
Would you help me get started? If so, here are a few questions:
- Why are you reading my blog ? Do you probably have a question about a healthy issue?
- What topics would you like me to write about?
- I would love to connect with your needs, tell me about the main health topics you’re interested about
- If I successfully answer your questions I hope you share with us what you have accomplished after following our recommendations !
I don’t wanna be alone into any of this; one of the wonderful things about Life is how we constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your needs may just help give me a few other post ideas to help you get true Health, from the inside out!
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later. Well…you might not be able to edit…but you can come back anytime and share something else later.
